What Size Container Do You need?
If you aren’t sure what size container to get, follow this advice
to save money:
- Put together a list of potential items that you want to discard
and try to estimate the amount. For example:
- Construction waste from a complete kitchen remodel
- Yard waste for ten 30 ft pine trees.
- Demolition of 2500 sq. ft. house
- Gutting of 25,000 sq. ft. office interior
- If you think you are close to filling the container size that
you are considering, then it can save you money by being conservative
and getting the next size larger.
Pricing Based On What You Discard
Your dumpster rental price is based on two factors:
Why? There are variable costs associated with disposing different
waste products. Some junk has higher disposal rates than other.
For example: A 20 yd. dumpster to hold construction
& demolition materials is less expensive than a 20 yd. dumpster
for a basement clean out (see dump-all list below).
